Tiagra's U.S. patented base is made from durable, lightweight micro-cell foam that has the flexibility & give necessary to absorb weight & shock.

The 2 1/4 in diameter of the round foam base provides stable support for the cane user.

The disc-like bottom & micro-cell make-up of the foam base prevent slipping on polished floors & slippery surfaces by creating a partial vacuum.
