			Tiagra has gone beyond improving the antiquated cane design. Weʼve updated the grip to make holding a cane easy and widened the base using space age material for incomparable walking support and skid- free security. If your mobility depends on assistive devices, your cane is an implement of balance, functioning like an extra leg. No engineering degree is required to understand the superior stability a wide foundation provides. No building ever stood on a narrow foundation and no person should ever expect a rubber tip to hold up its share of his or her bodyʼs weight. But Tiagraʼs 2 1/4 inch wide base along with its unbreakable graphite shaft and titanium strong “neck”, can hold up to 300 lbs.

We designed our cane so it is as comforting for walking as your chair or bed is for resting. Weʼve not only improved and updated the traditional cane, weʼve been improving on our own design for over 11 years.

George is currently working on a Tiagra Derby Cane and a Golfing Cane that incorporates an actual golf ball... after all, our cane is balanced like a fine golf club and our shaft is made of the same material.
