LIMITED WARRANTY


To the consumer, MEDAR CORPORATION, INC. warrants the TIAGRA cane to be free of defects in material or workmanship commencing upon the date of the original purchase. Save your original sales receipt/invoice to validate start of warranty period. This warranty is limited to 12 months. During this period, any part that is judged by the Manufacturer to be defective will be replaced free of charge. Any failure resulting from accidents, abuse, neglect, inaccurate cane measurement procedure or unauthorized repairs, is not covered. If the cane should become defective within the warranty period, we will replace any defective parts free of charge. The complete cane must be delivered prepaid to MEDAR CORPORATION'S address. Please include description of the problem, day of purchase, copy of original sales receipt/invoice and your name, address and telephone number.
